🛡️ Staff Guidelines

1. Professional Conduct 💼
All staff members are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. This includes showing respect, empathy, and integrity in every interaction with players and fellow team members.

2. Respectful Communication 🗣️
Clear and respectful communication is essential. Staff should always speak calmly and compassionately, even when dealing with difficult situations.

3. Awareness of Being Recorded 📹
Assume that you are always being recorded. Conduct yourself in a way that reflects positively on you and the server — professionalism is key.

4. Mindful of Actions 🧠
Staff must be aware of how their actions may be perceived. Prioritize fairness, safety, and strict adherence to server rules in all decisions and interactions.

5. Dealing with Trolls 🚫
Handle trolls and disruptive players with calm professionalism. Focus on de-escalation and finding peaceful resolutions. If necessary, contact Mood or Syrup for removal support.

6. Leading by Example 👥
As community role models, staff should always lead by example — displaying respectful behavior and upholding all server guidelines.

7. Documentation & Reporting 📝
All incidents must be documented and reported promptly. This not only ensures fairness and accountability but also helps demonstrate your contributions when requesting a promotion.

8. Age Requirement (Police Role) ⚠️
To maintain a safe and appropriate environment, the Police role is restricted to players 18+. Officers may encounter mature content including harsh language, explicit themes, or intense trolling. Enforcing this age limit ensures we protect younger players and uphold ethical standards.
